Deal Dates For Real Broker agents and teams

The deadlines on your deals, in your inbox at 6am.

Deal Dates reads your Real Broker transactions and emails you one short summary each morning: what is due, what has gone firm, and which paperwork is still outstanding. Nothing to check, nothing to log into.

Dates as recorded in Real Broker's reZEN system. Always confirm deadlines against the contract — this is an internal reminder, not the source of truth.

These dates as a calendar you can subscribe to: https://cal.dealdates.app/…

Why it exists

A condition deadline is the cheapest thing in real estate to miss and one of the most expensive. The dates already live in reZEN — they are just not in front of you on the morning they matter.

What is in it

How it works

  1. You sign in with reZEN, once. Approve a read-only consent screen and you are connected — no API key to generate or paste. The connection stays yours: disconnect from your settings page or from reZEN at any time, without asking us. (An API key still works if you prefer one.)
  2. Your team is found automatically. If the account that connected belongs to a team lead, everyone on the roster is picked up from reZEN, email addresses included. There is no list to type in; anyone who would rather not receive it can opt out, and a lead can add an assistant or transaction coordinator.
  3. Everyone gets their own 6am. Send time follows the recipient, so a teammate in Vancouver or Halifax gets theirs in their own morning, not yours.

What it does not do

Deal Dates only ever reads from reZEN. It does not create, edit or terminate transactions, does not touch your commissions, and does not write anything back. It is an email, not another system to maintain.

It is a reminder, not the source of truth. Every digest says so. The dates are only as good as what was entered in reZEN, and a contract deadline should always be confirmed against the contract.

For team leads

A lead's digest has three parts. Your deals, in full. Deals you're also on — a split, or a file you helped with — as a single line each: whose it is, the next date, the status. And your team: not every date on every deal, but only what needs a lead's eye — conditions overdue or failed, closings this week, and a count of everything that's on track.

That's the difference between an email a lead of ninety agents keeps and one they filter by week two.

Also free: Dotted Line

A Chrome extension for Real Broker agents and transaction coordinators in Canada. Tick the forms you filled in WEBForms, and Dotted Line prepares them as a Real Signature draft on the matching reZEN deal, with the signature and initial blocks placed from your own templates. It never sends anything: you check the draft and send it yourself. Your contracts go straight from WEBForms to Real Signature, never through us.

Add Dotted Line to Chrome · free and open source. It is an independent tool, not made or endorsed by CREA, Lone Wolf or Real Broker.

Where things stand

Deal Dates was built by Real Broker agents who wanted it for their own deals and has been in daily use since August 2026 — the delivery record at the top of this page is computed from what was actually sent, and updates every fifteen minutes. It is now in a small private beta with a handful of Real Broker teams, onboarded by hand and one at a time, because a tool that states deadlines has to be right before it is big. We are completing Real Brokerage's vendor onboarding for Sign in with reZEN.

If you are a Real Broker agent or team lead and want to try it, write to hello@dealdates.app. If you are the person who has to approve it, how it works is written for you: what it reads, what it stores, how it authenticates, and where it runs.
